Dangerous cars at NCT centres on the increase

NCT centres are seeing a sharp rise in the number of 'dangerous' cars being tested according to NCT Mechanics.

It was reported that almost 6,500 'perilous' vehicles failed the NCT test by November 2016.

This was an increase of more than 1,000 cars over what was detected in all of 2015.

These cars are so potentially dangerous, that owners were advised to have them towed away from the test centre rather than drive away.

Some of the serious reasons for failing the NCT include bald tyres, frayed fuel hoses and structural damage.
