I have inputted the wrong registration number and purchased the wrong report. What do I do?

While we can understand that mistakes happen and sometimes it is possible to input the wrong vehicle registration number, there is a cost to generating and processing a vehicle history report. We understand that an input error is very inconvenient and costly for the user of the website but MyVehicle.ie cannot be held responsible for such errors by end users of the website. As such, we are not in a position to offer any reimbursement.
