Early morning car chase across Artane
20 yr old male arrested after wild car chase in North Dublin
At 1:30 am on Wednesday morning Gardaí were involved in a high-speed chase through Dublin's north side.
A man in his 20’s was arrested after a lengthy car chase through Raheny and Artane area. The man failed to stop the vehicle and thus there were several squad cars and a garda helicopter reported on the scene.
The two occupants of the vehicle managed to make it to Raheny before they were intercepted by guards. The driver of the vehicle managed to escape the scene, however, the passenger was arrested and brought to Coolock Garda Station.
The individual has since been released and the Gardai are investigating the incident further.
